Sri Sathya Sai National Leadership Programme for Self Transformation Course for English Stream

This is a web-based programme, lasting for about 26 weeks. The programme commences with a 3-day in-campus contact programme at the Divine abode of Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba at Prasanthi Nilayam followed by web-based sessions which participants can attend from their place of residence. The regular sessions are primarily interactive and are guided by specialists from their field of expertise, along with a special SatVam series, where the participants get an opportunity to interact with the accomplished leaders belonging to their respective crafts, ranging from the dedicated Civil Servants of the nation to the maestros of Music and Art. 

The Project Management session enables the learners to get a hands-on experience of working with a team under the close guidance of the geniuses belonging to the field. Throughout the journey, the participants are exposed to various aspects revolving around strong Character building and spontaneously imbibing effective leadership qualities. The Programme concludes with a 3-day graduation ceremony; Grad-walk in His divine presence at Prasanthi Nilayam. The medium of communication is English for the said stream.

श्री सत्य साई नेशनल लीडरशिप प्रोग्राम फाॅर सेल्फ ट्रांस्फर्मेशन - हिंदी स्ट्रीम, एक वेब आधारित कोर्स है। 

इसकी अवधि लगभग 26 सप्ताह है। कार्यक्रम एक 3-दिवसीय कैम्पस संपर्क कार्यक्रम के साथ शुरू होता है, जो प्रशांति निलयम में आयोजित किया जाता है, जिसके बाद प्रतिभागी अपने निवास स्थान से वेब आधारित सत्रों में भाग ले सकते हैं। नियमित सत्र मुख्यतः इंटरैक्टिव होते हैं और इन्हें उनके विशेषज्ञ द्वारा मार्गदर्शित किया जाता है, साथ ही विशेष SatVam series , जिसमें प्रतिभागी अपनी कार्य व कला के क्षेत्र में सम्पन्न लीडर्स के साथ चर्चा का अवसर प्राप्त करते हैं। 

प्रोजेक्ट मेनेजमेंट सत्र शिक्षार्थियों को संबंधित क्षेत्र में एक टीम के साथ कार्य करने का अनुभव प्रदान करता है। सारी यात्रा के दौरान, यह कार्यक्रम प्रतिभागियों के मज़बूत चरित्र निर्माण और प्रभावी नेतृत्व गुणों को स्वाभाविक रूप से आत्मसात करने मे मदद करता है। यह कार्यक्रम प्रशांति निलयम में आयोजित दिव्य सन्निधि के समक्ष ग्रैड - वाॅक व 3-दिवसीय समारोह द्वारा सम्पन्न होता है। 

तथाकथित NLP स्ट्रीम में चर्चा का माध्यम हिंदी है।
